Terms of Service

These Terms describe the conditions that apply when you access or use PayloadForge.

Last updated: September 9, 2026

By accessing or using PayloadForge, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. The service

PayloadForge provides tools intended to help users map, transform, validate and convert tabular data into structured API request data, including JSON and cURL representations.

2. Generated output

PayloadForge can generate mappings, transformed values, JSON, cURL and other output based on information you provide.

You are responsible for reviewing generated output before using it with an API, production system, database or other external service.

Validation performed by PayloadForge does not guarantee that a request will be accepted by a particular API or that the resulting operation will have the effect you intend.

3. Your data and content

You remain responsible for the data, API information, files and other content you provide when using PayloadForge.

You must have the necessary rights and permissions to use that information and must not use PayloadForge to process content in violation of applicable law or third-party rights.

4. Credentials and secrets

You are responsible for protecting API credentials, access tokens, passwords and other secrets. Do not place sensitive credentials into fields or features that are not specifically intended to handle them securely.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use PayloadForge to:

  • violate applicable laws or regulations;
  • infringe the rights of another person or organization;
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts or data;
  • interfere with, overload or disrupt the operation of the service;
  • distribute malicious code or intentionally harmful content;
  • circumvent security, access controls or usage limitations; or
  • use the service in a manner that creates unreasonable risk to PayloadForge, its users or third parties.

6. Third-party APIs and services

PayloadForge may help you prepare requests intended for third-party APIs. Those APIs and services are not controlled by PayloadForge.

Your use of a third-party API remains subject to that provider's terms, documentation, rate limits, security requirements and privacy practices.

7. Availability and changes

PayloadForge is under active development. Features may be changed, added, limited, suspended or discontinued. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

8. Intellectual property

PayloadForge, including its software, design, branding, documentation and original site content, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of PayloadForge intellectual property to you.

9. Disclaimer

PayloadForge is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.

We do not warrant that generated requests, mappings, transformations or validation results will be complete, error-free or suitable for every API, dataset or business purpose.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PayloadForge and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages arising from or relating to your use of the service, including loss of data, revenue, business opportunities or profits.

11. Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated as the service evolves. The "Last updated" date will be revised when changes are published.

12. Contact
